In Scalar360, open Super Intelligence and pick your AI app. Each app has its own step-by-step guide.

Sign in and approve

Sign in to Scalar360 from the AI app and choose read only or read & write access. Developer tools can use a personal access token instead.

An AI app acts as the person who connected it: the same organisation, role, module permissions and plan limits apply to every request.

Read only or read & write

Choose the access level for each connection. Read only can look things up but cannot create, change or delete anything.

Sensitive areas stay closed

Sign-in, billing and payments, AI access settings and the employee self-service portal can never be reached from an AI app.

Confirmation before changes

The AI is told to confirm values with you before creating or changing a record, and to get your explicit go-ahead before deleting one.

Which AI apps work with Scalar360?

Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code, Codex and Gemini CLI have step-by-step guides in Super Intelligence. Any other app that supports remote MCP servers can connect too.

Is AI access included in my plan?

Yes. Super Intelligence is part of every Scalar360 plan. You use your own Claude, ChatGPT or other AI app account; what the AI can do in Scalar360 follows your role and plan.

Can the AI see everything in my business?

No. It can only reach what the person who connected it can reach, and nothing at all in sign-in, billing, payments or AI settings. A read-only connection cannot change anything.

Where does my data go?

Only to the AI app you connect, and only when you ask it something. That app's own data policy applies to what it receives, so connect apps your business has approved.

Can I build my own integration instead?

Yes. The Scalar360 developer API is a REST API with OAuth 2.0 and per-module scopes, documented at scalar360.com/developers, with an OpenAPI specification for code generation.

What is MCP?

The Model Context Protocol is an open standard that lets AI apps use other software safely. Scalar360 provides an MCP server, so supported AI apps can work with your Scalar360 records.
