Less searching.
More shared context.

A lead comes in and someone has to tell the sales channel. A meeting is booked in one app and the link is pasted into another. Leave is approved, then retyped into a shared calendar. Every copy is a chance to miss something.

Let Scalar360 post the update, create the meeting and write the row, so the record and the tools around it agree.

The working details of integrations.

Purposeful capabilities that support the actual work, with the surrounding records close at hand.

Slack & Microsoft Teams alerts

Post new leads, won deals, paid invoices, low stock, leave requests and more to the channels your team already reads.

Meetings from a lead

Create a Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or Zoom meeting from any CRM lead. The join link and passcode are saved on the lead's timeline.

Google Calendar

Approved leave and new company holidays appear as all-day events on a shared Scalar360 Team calendar.

Google Sheets log

Choose events and Scalar360 adds a row for each one to a spreadsheet it creates, ready for your own charts and filters.

Zapier

Trigger Zaps from any Scalar360 event, and create leads, customers and tasks in Scalar360 from 8,000+ other apps.

Outgoing webhooks

Send signed JSON events to your own servers, with retries, a delivery log and automatic switch-off after repeated failures.

Incoming webhooks

Give another app a private URL that creates a lead, a task or a notification in Scalar360, with duplicate leads matched by phone or email.

One Integrations page

Every connection, its events and its delivery history in one place, with Send test, Reconnect and Delete on each.

A workflow that carries the context.

Pick the app

Open Integrations, choose a card and follow its numbered setup steps.

Choose what to send

Tick the events for an alert channel, webhook or sheet, then send a test.

Let it run

Scalar360 posts, creates and logs as the work happens, and shows each delivery in its history.

It doesn’t stop at one module.

See how this work connects to the next part of the business.

Before you
get started.

Which apps does Scalar360 connect to?

Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams meetings, Zoom and Zapier, plus outgoing and incoming webhooks for your own systems. Through Zapier you can reach 8,000+ more apps.

Who can set up an integration?

Anyone whose role has the Integrations permission. Owners have it by default. Zapier actions follow your normal permissions, so creating leads still needs CRM access.

What does Scalar360 store when I connect Google, Microsoft or Zoom?

The connected account's email and its sign-in tokens, encrypted. Scalar360 asks only for the access each feature needs, and deleting the connection removes the stored tokens.

Can I send data into Scalar360 from another app?

Yes. Use Zapier's Scalar360 actions, or an incoming webhook: a private URL that creates a lead, a task or a notification for each call.
