Create Google Meet meetings from leads

Connect a Google account and create a Meet meeting from any CRM lead, with the link saved on the lead.

Before you start: Meetings are hosted by the Google account you connect. Use a shared sales account if several people take meetings.

1Connect Google Meet

Open Integrations → Google Meet and choose Connect Google Meet. Sign in and choose Continue. Scalar360 creates a Scalar360 Meetings calendar in that account and adds meetings there.

2Create a meeting from a lead

Open any lead in CRM and choose Meeting (the camera icon). Pick Google Meet, enter a title, date, time and length, then choose Create meeting.

3Send the invite

The Meet link is saved on the lead's timeline. Tick Email the invite to the lead to have Google send the customer a calendar invite.
