Run construction and interior projects
Turn on the commercial and site sections for BOQ, running bills, change orders, site diary, drawings, RFIs, snags and interiors.
Before you start: Construction and interior templates turn these sections on for you. For any other project, turn them on under Settings → Features.
1Turn on the sections you need
Open the project, choose Settings → Features and switch on sections from the Commercial, Site and Interior groups. They appear in the project menu; turning one off hides it without deleting anything.
2Price and bill the contract
BOQ holds the bill of quantities by trade or room and can create a quotation and the project budget. Contract & billing tracks contract value, billing milestones, running bills and retention. Change orders records variations with their cost and time impact for the client to approve.
3Buy and subcontract
Procurement turns material requests into purchase orders, records receipts and logs consumption on site. Subcontracts issues work orders and raises vendor bills from measured work.
4Record the site
Site diary logs each day's weather, labour, equipment, hindrances and safety incidents. Photos keeps progress photos with a before / after compare, Drawings keeps revisions, and RFIs & submittals tracks questions and approvals with the design team.
5Inspect and hand over
Inspections & snags runs QA/QC and safety checklists, keeps the snag list and shows handover readiness.
6Interiors
Rooms & selections lists FF&E items and room budgets and sends selections for client approval. Mood boards collects inspiration images per room.
