Automate tasks with rules, macros and blueprints
Let workflow rules react to task changes, apply saved changes with macros, and control stage moves with blueprints.
Before you start: Automation is for people who manage projects. Rules and macros live under PMS → Automation; blueprints are set per project.
1Create a workflow rule
Open PMS → Automation, choose Workflow rules, then New rule. Rules set fields, assign, comment, notify or call a webhook when tasks change.
2Create a macro
Choose Macros, then New macro. A macro applies a saved set of changes to a task in one click from the task itself.
3Check what ran
Executions lists every rule and macro run with its Result — success, skipped or failed — so you can see what happened to each task.
4Control stage moves with a blueprint
Open a project, choose Settings → Workflow, then Blueprint. Tick which stage moves are allowed and who may make them. Until you define a move, tasks can move between any stages; once you do, only ticked moves are allowed.
