Connect Scalar360 to other apps with Zapier

Trigger Zaps from Scalar360 events, and create leads, customers and tasks in Scalar360 from 8,000+ apps.

Before you start: Zap triggers need the Integrations permission. Actions follow your normal permissions — creating leads needs CRM access.

1Accept the Zapier invite

Open Integrations → Zapier and choose Open Scalar360 on Zapier. Sign in to Zapier (or create a free account) and accept the invite.

2Start a Zap with a Scalar360 trigger

In Zapier choose Create → Zaps. For the trigger, search for Scalar360 and pick an event such as New Lead or Invoice Paid.

3Connect your Scalar360 account

When Zapier asks, sign in to Scalar360 and choose Allow. Zapier works in the organisation you're signed in to.

4Test, add an action and publish

Choose Test trigger to see an example, map its fields into an action in the other app (Gmail, Google Sheets, HubSpot…) and publish the Zap.

5Send data into Scalar360

To go the other way, use Scalar360 as the action: Create Lead, Create Customer, Create Task, or the search Find Lead.
