Send events to your own systems with webhooks
Post signed JSON events to your server whenever something happens in Scalar360.
Before you start: A developer needs to set up an https address on your server that accepts POST requests with a JSON body.
1Add the webhook
Open Integrations → Outgoing webhooks, choose Add webhook, enter your address, tick the events and save.
2Keep the signing secret
Copy the signing secret shown after saving and store it on your server. It's shown only once; you can regenerate it later.
3Send a test
Choose Send test. Your server receives a test.ping event and the delivery log shows Sent.
4Verify each call
Each body is { id, event, occurredAt, organizationId, data }. Check the X-Scalar360-Signature header (t=<unix time>,v1=<hex>): v1 must equal HMAC-SHA256 of <t>.<raw body> with your secret. Reject calls older than 5 minutes, and use X-Scalar360-Delivery to ignore duplicates.
