Connect Zoom and create meetings from leads
Connect a Zoom account to Scalar360, create Zoom meetings for CRM leads in one click, and remove the connection when you no longer need it.
Before you start: You need the Integrations permission in Scalar360 (owners have it) and a Zoom account. Meetings are hosted by the Zoom account you connect, so use a shared sales account if several people take meetings.
1Open the Zoom integration
In Scalar360 open Integrations from the left menu and choose the Zoom card.
2Connect your Zoom account
Choose Connect Zoom and sign in with the Zoom account that should host customer meetings. Zoom shows what Scalar360 may do: schedule meetings and read your profile (used to show which Zoom account is connected). Choose Allow.
You return to Scalar360 and the Zoom card shows 1 connected with your Zoom email.
3Create a meeting from a lead
Open any lead in CRM and choose Meeting (the camera icon). Pick Zoom, enter a title, date, time and length, then choose Create meeting.
4Share the join link
The meeting is created in your Zoom account and saved on the lead's timeline with the join link and passcode, ready to send to the customer. It also appears in your Zoom calendar.
5Disconnect Zoom in Scalar360
Open Integrations → Zoom, open the connection and choose Delete. Scalar360 stops creating Zoom meetings and deletes the stored Zoom sign-in for that connection. Meetings already created stay in Zoom.
6Or remove Scalar360 from Zoom
Sign in at marketplace.zoom.us, open Manage → Added Apps, find Scalar360 and choose Remove. Zoom tells Scalar360 straight away and Scalar360 deletes every Zoom connection made with that Zoom account, including its stored sign-in tokens.
