Send alerts to a Microsoft Teams channel

Create a Teams Workflows webhook for a channel and choose which Scalar360 events post there as cards.

Before you start: Use a standard or shared channel. Teams Workflows can't post to private channels yet.

1Open Workflows on the channel

In Teams, go to the team and channel that should get the alerts. Choose ⋯ (More options) next to the channel name, then Workflows.

2Create the webhook workflow

Search for the template Send webhook alerts to a channel and select it. Name it Scalar360, sign in if asked, check the team and channel, then choose Save.

3Copy the link

When it's created, choose Copy webhook link. The link is long and usually contains powerplatform.com or logic.azure.com.

4Connect it in Scalar360

In Scalar360 open Integrations → Microsoft Teams, choose Add channel, paste the link, tick the events and save. Choose Send test — a card from Workflows appears in the channel.
