Create leads, tasks or alerts from other apps

Give another app a private URL; each call creates a lead, a task or a notification in Scalar360.

1Add the webhook

Open Integrations → Incoming webhooks and choose Add webhook. Give it a name — it becomes the lead source, for example Website chat — and choose what each call creates: a lead, a task or a notification.

2Copy the private URL

Save, then copy the URL shown straight away. It's shown only once; you can regenerate it later.

3Call it from the other app

In Zapier (Webhooks by Zapier → POST), Make (HTTP → Make a request) or a script, send a POST to that URL with Content-Type: application/json and a body like the example shown in Scalar360.

4Check what arrived

Open the webhook again to see each call under Received calls, with the lead or task it created or the reason it was rejected.
